Gunpowder green tea is a very popular, refreshing green tea where each of the tea leaves has been rolled. Because of this unique feature the tea can retain all of it's delicious flavours and aromas and then when brewed the leaves unfurl which releases a full, rich and flavoursome tea with a hint of smokiness.
 
Serving Suggestions:
Great as part of a delicious morning breakfast or an afternoon tea treat. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 heaped teaspoon per 200 ml. Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC. (Use of boiling water will result in bitterness) Brew 1-2 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
