The Master Musketeer 1 is suitable for making 2 cups of coffee (6-8oz) or filling 6-12oz cups with its 600ml capacity.

Pros:

  • Ideal for beginner and intermediate coffee makers, especially in cafes using basic patterns.
  • The long, narrow spout facilitates basic pattern creation, aided by its well-balanced 240g weight, promoting precise pours and straight cuts.
  • Durable with a 0.8mm thickness and a handle laser-welded in two spots to prevent heat marks.

Cons:

  • Wire markings inside the milk jug are common due to the electroplating process; they occur as the wire holds the jug in place during electroplating and do not indicate any defects.
  • Rainbow-plated jugs display a spectrum of colors, with occasional small soft spots that are not considered defects.
  • After the first use, fingerprints are easily visible on the Matt Coating, but this is not a defect. Spraying the surface with Glass spray and wiping with a microfiber cloth will remove the marks.

Jibbi's Notes:

  • **Teflon Coating Maintenance**: To extend the life of the Teflon coating, steam the milk in a separate Stainless Steel jug and then transfer it to a Teflon jug.
  • **Consider Electroplating Coating**: For longer-lasting use in cafes or everyday settings, consider purchasing an Electroplating Coating.
  • **Pouring Tips**: Don't blame misaligned spouts or handles for crooked pours; they're within acceptable limits. The sharply pointed spout, resembling an eagle's beak, creates clean lines and bold contrasts. Practice with this design improves pouring skills, but examine other factors before blaming the tool.
  • **Tulip Technique**: Beginners often tilt or hold the pitcher unevenly during a tulip, resulting in crooked pours. Keep the cup level, align the spout center, and maintain a parallel arm to the cup. Slowly pour onto a dry canvas, keeping the pitcher close to the surface, to prevent a lopsided pour.
  • **Pitcher Selection**: Mastering pouring is a valuable skill with practice. If you struggle with holding cups and pitchers correctly or prefer a simpler pour, consider our rounded spout model.

NOTES ON COLOR COATING:

  • TEFLON: Fast milk flow due to the non-stick properties of Teflon.
    • Note that Teflon coatings do not last forever and over time can show signs of wear, diminishing the benefits of the coating.
    • It is recommended to steam milk in a separate pitcher and then transfer it to the Teflon jug for pouring. Avoid steaming directly in the Teflon jug to prevent scratches or overheating.
    • Please use caution and avoid using sharp or coarse metal objects such as steam wands, milk thermometers, and clips, which can scratch the Teflon coating.

  • ELECTROPLATING:
    • This coating is applied for aesthetic purposes. Please note that there may be slight variations in color tone and, in rare cases, some tiny soft spots on the metal due to differences in coating materials, surface treatments, and finishing methods.

Please carefully assess the quality condition of our milk jugs as refunds or exchanges are not available.

  • Prior to shipment, all jugs are inspected. Please be aware that there may be small, but acceptable, variations in the spouts, handles, and bodies between the left and right sides due to natural tenacity and tolerance in the production process.
  • Handle alignment may vary by 1-2mm, which falls within an acceptable tolerance level and does not impact pouring or pouring technique.
  • Laser welding will leave visible marks on the inside of the handle, but this is not a defect and will not lead to rusting.
  • While polishing or coating the metal, it may come into contact with another object, resulting in minor scratches on the exterior and interior surfaces of the jug. Although we make efforts to carefully inspect each jug, we cannot guarantee that every stainless steel product will be completely scratch-free.
  • By agreeing to purchase a color-coated jug, you acknowledge that the mentioned conditions are not defects but rather part of the production process, which may include minor scratches and factory marks on both the exterior and interior surfaces. Please note that any plated item will naturally tarnish over time and with use.

    • As the milk jugs are made of stainless steel, there may be slight variations in tolerance during production. However, at JIBBIJUG, we ensure that these variances remain within acceptable levels.
    • To maintain consistency, we use the Paper Metric Scale method to check and indicate tolerance in metric units, as different customers may have varying methods for measuring alignment. This method helps us ensure that the jug is within the desired tolerance range instead of relying on visual inspection alone, which can lead to incorrect assumptions.
    • When manufacturing is completed, we place the jug upside down to position the spout's tip at the midpoint of the scale, then align the rim of the jug left and right until it meets the same number on the scale. We also check the handle placement and ensure it aligns with the same scale measurement. However, there may still be acceptable variations of 1-2mm due to natural material tenacity during the production process.
    • Before packaging and shipping, we conduct individual checks and quality control to ensure that all JIBBIJUG products meet our strictest standards. This includes checking the finish, color, and alignment of the final product.
