Jibbi's note

  • If your latte art looks crooked while pouring, it might not be due to misaligned spouts or handles. Our pointed spout design is precise and requires a steady hand and correct movements. Jugs with large round spouts are more forgiving of off-center pours. With practice, your technique will improve. Instead of blaming the jug, focus on refining your skills and control. You’ve got this!
  • Beginners often tilt or grip the pitcher unevenly, lifting too high and too quickly, resulting in off shapes. To avoid this, keep the cup level and align the spout centrally. Start with a slow pour to form a round shape before lifting it, keeping the jug head down at all tulip layers, and maintaining a parallel arm.
  • Mastering this jug through practice enhances your skills. For those preferring simpler pours or struggling with jug control, our rounded spout model may be more suitable.

Quality Assurance Notice: No Refund or Exchange Below This Mentioned

  • All jugs are inspected prior to shipment. Small variations in spouts, handles, and bodies due to production tolerances are normal.
  • Handle alignment may vary by 1-2mm, which does not impact pouring technique.
  • Laser welding marks inside the handle are not defects and will not lead to rust.
  • Minor scratches may occur due to the lightweight design (0.7mm thickness) intended for latte art. While we thoroughly inspect each jug, they may not be entirely scratch-free due to this thickness.
  • By purchasing a color-coated jug, you acknowledge these conditions, including minor scratches and factory marks on both exterior and interior surfaces. Plated items will naturally tarnish over time with use.

    • As the jugs are made of stainless steel they have their natural tenacity and each part of the process establishes an ongoing tolerance and variance. We do monitor and test to ensure there are the same within the acceptable level of tolerance.

    • We also well know that every customer have different ideas and method for checking the alignment or any parts of the milk jug. However at JIBBIJUG we use Paper Metric Scale method to indicate the tolerance in metric units. We believed that the Paper Metric Scale is the best way to check and ensure it is within the acceptable and desired tolerance range rather than judging by visual appearance which may create an incorrect assumption in some way.

    • At the completion of manufacturing we will place the jug upside down to position the tip of the spout at the mid point of the scale then placing the rim of the jug both left and right until it meets the same number on the scale. Finally, we will check the handle placement and if it is aligned within the scale measurement.

    • However everything will have a slight tolerance due to natural material tenacity, so you will find small but acceptable variations between jugs with a tolerance range of 1-2mm in the production process.

    • We will always ensure individual checks before packing and quality control and  that all JIBBIJUG products meet our strictest standards At the warehouse, when it comes to checking the product before shipping.  This includes all aspects of the final product such as finish, colour and alignment.
