For 2025, we’ve carefully sourced micro-lot coffees from Colombia, Brazil, and select African regions, including beans processed with innovative fermentation methods such as anaerobic processing. This blend evolves throughout the year, with new micro-lots introduced every three months to keep it fresh, unique, and exciting.
