Invoice 

• Please ensure all invoice details are correct at checkout, as we cannot make changes after payment due to our third-party system.

• An automatic invoice will be emailed to you after checkout.

• We do not include paper invoices in the package.

 

Payment Method

• On our Australian website (www.jibbijug.com.au), all charges are in AUD and include 10% GST.

• This website ships within Australia only.

For international customers, please shop at www.jibbijug.com. 

 

Refunds & Order Changes

• We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or order changes once payment is complete.

If a refund is approved (in limited cases), it will incur a 3.5% non-recoverable fee charged by payment processors (Stripe/PayPal/etc.).
