We now charge all prices in AUD.
Our AUD pricing is equivalent to our previous USD retail pricing, with international shipping already factored in.

Example:

• AUD pricing: $170 AUD + $90 AUD DHL shipping = $260 AUD

• This is equivalent to the previous $170 USD retail price

This update ensures clearer and more transparent pricing for our customers.

Invoice

Please ensure all invoice details are correct at checkout, as we cannot make changes after payment due to our third-party system.

• An automatic invoice will be emailed to you after checkout

• Paper invoices are not included in the shipment

• On our Australian website (www.jibbijug.com.au), all prices are in AUD and include 10% GST

• This website ships within Australia only

Refunds & Order Changes

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Order changes after payment is completed

If a refund is approved in limited cases, a 3.5% non-recoverable fee will be deducted to cover payment processing charges (Stripe / PayPal / etc.).
