The blend is anchored by traditional Brazilian micro-lots, complemented by Ethiopian and Colombian coffees for layers of juicy fruit, floral brightness, and sweet cocoa. The final flourish comes from just 5% Caturra Colombia, processed in an innovative way: fermented with dried, ground watermelon. This small but powerful addition infuses notes of watermelon, bubblegum, raspberry, and zesty citrus, amplifying the candy-like sweetness and playful fruitiness of the cup.
