Berry Bloom combines carefully selected seasonal African coffees with expressive Colombian lots to create layers of bright berries, tropical fruit, and candy-like sweetness.

Part of the blend features coffees processed using an inoculated fermentation technique. The cherries are fermented with mosto — a natural starter culture made from coffee by-products and crushed berry pulp that has been fermented for 48 hours. This process enhances fruit intensity, complexity, and sweetness while maintaining clarity in the cup.

Expect a lively, fruit-forward brew with a juicy mouthfeel and a long, sweet finish.
