CANDY combines carefully selected seasonal African coffees with expressive Colombian lots to create a cup bursting with confectionery sweetness, bright fruit character, and a silky finish. A small portion of experimentally fermented coffee is included to enhance the candy-like aromatics and vibrant fruit sweetness, adding an extra layer of complexity to the blend.
