Produced by Adrian Lasso, this lot highlights innovation and precision, combining advanced fermentation techniques with careful cherry selection to create a refined and luxurious cup.

Why does this coffee taste so unique?

This coffee uses a Duo Cherry process, where semi-dried cherries are combined with freshly picked cherries and depulped together. This allows the natural sugars, moisture, and viscosity of fresh cherries to enhance fermentation.

The coffee then undergoes anaerobic inoculated fermentation, followed by controlled drying. This method builds a velvety texture, creamy sweetness, and layered floral–citrus complexity, while keeping the cup clean and elegant.
