SHIPPING POLICY

We accept payments in USD currencies: All transactions will be carried out in USD Currency Only.

To make a shipping cost as low at no extra charges, our prices are included AUSPOST International shipping cost (not a Courier service or  Door to door), it is your responsibility to track your parcel and contact your National Postal Services in case of custom charges or attempted delivery, pick up your parcel. We have no control of external issues that may arisen in each countries.

  • If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason, The shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping at $30 -50 USD or If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping $30-50 USD will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Please provide us with a correct full address (Name, Number, Street, City, State, Zip Code and Mobile phone) at the check out.

  • If you need a Door to Door service (DHL/TNT/UPSP/ETC) please select and pay extra at check out. 

International orders are shipped by Australia post. All orders are traceable, using the tracking number that we will send you once the parcel is send out. We always dispatch an order on 1-3+ days base (business days only) from our Warehouse, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. Package delivery usually takes place between 4 to 10 days depending on each country zone.

*If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc...

 

The shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping start at $30 USD (Standard) and $50 USD (Express).

SALE ITEMS

Please consider sale purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered sale items. There are no refunds on sale items unless they are faulty and are returned within 7 days of purchase. 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Items purchased at full price that meet the JIBBIJUG terms and conditions can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange. Please follow steps outlined below.

REFUND POLICY


Pleased choose items carefully when ordering, We do not offer refunds on ordered items unless they are subject to conditions of our refund policy.

  • We do not refund if you don't like the jug, or spout of the jug after being used, or finding it unsuitable afterwards

  • Ensure you use this Paper Metric Scale to check the alignment quality,
    Never check only with the naked eye, Use this sheet to check.

  • We do not refund any Alignment issues after any usage, Please check carefully before your FIRST use,

  • If something is not right, please report your issue to jibbijug@gmail.com within 3 working days after receiving your items.

  •  We will let you Exchange, or Refund with Credit note if the items meets the following conditions below,

    • Items show no signs of use, wear or damage and are returned in the original packaging, or it will result in your warranty being void.

    • We do not provide the shipping cost for any refunds or exchanges.

    • The prices is included the shipping cost, therefore the amount of refund will be deduct from your total amount.

  • You're entitled to a refund, replacement if:

    • The item is faulty or damaged/ You were sent the wrong item or size (Contact us for Free Return Label) 

  • You are NOT entitled to a refund because:

    • You just changed your mind

    • You found the product cheaper at another store

    • You don't like it

    • You bought the wrong size

    • The product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description.

 

We will happily offer the refund of a purchased item(s) if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • It is physically faulty or damaged in some way. (Such as leaking or dents)

  • The incorrect item was shipped or does not match the description and/or images of the item.

  • The item was out of stock or unavailable at the time the order was placed.

  • Damage to the item has occurred during shipping.

This is not Faulty or defective products.

  1. Factory Material marks (scratches are merely cosmetic inside the jugand in no way toxic or effect the pours)

  2. Light haze or fine scratch or soft spots may appear during the color coating process.

  3. Spout / Handle alignment within 2mm*. (*Qc from Paper Matrix Scale, not accepted any Eye naked or Ruler)

  4. Teflon coating is peel off or scratches as a result of after used and interaction with other utensils or heated it. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RETURNS POLICY​

  • Return shipping will be your own cost, as all jugs has been carefully inspected for quality before shipping. (1-2mm Tolerance acceptance for Spout and Handle alignment or Color coating issues )

  • If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as:

    • Unclaimed

    • Denied Due to Customs Charges

    • Incomplete/Insufficient Address

    • Undeliverable as Addressed

    • Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..

  • The shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless it is Faulty or Damage to the item has occurred during shipping.

  • Please note that we don't refund the cost of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping $30-50 USD will be deducted from your refund.

  • By ordering with JIBBIJUG, you agree and acknowledge these terms and conditions.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our JIBBIJUG Products, if are not satisfy with our products BEFORE USED,  we are more than happy to refund to you! Have a read of our returns policy and follow the instructions to return your item.

Returns Items

What to do:

  1. The international return, you are eligible when your order have made from www.jibbijug.com and it is not eligible if you buy  from www.jibbijug.com.au

  2. A returns request is made within 3 days of receiving the item - with your full name and order and the product you wish to return.

  3. Item must be kept unopened and unused with all original packaging and contents.

  4. Post the item back to us with an insured and tracked postage service, packed in secure packaging.

What we'll do:

  1. Once we receive the returned item, you can choose to (1) receive a refund of the purchase price (less cost of shipping), or (2) exchange for a different item by paying for any price differences and the cost to redeliver.

 

If an item is found to be opened, used or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to you at your expense.
 

REFUNDS:

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed – your patience is greatly appreciated. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s) for which the refund has been approved. Once your refund has been processed please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
