We are continues to work with UPS to try to move items as quickly as possible.

We accept payments in USD currencies: All transactions will be carried out in USD Currency Only.

  • To make a shipping cost as low at no extra charges, our prices are included UPS EXPRESS or Economic EXPRESS Courier.

  • It is your responsibility to track your parcel using the link and tracking number we have sent to track your items once we have dispatched your parcel. 

  • Please provide us with a correct full address (Name, Number, Street, City, State, Zip Code and Mobile phone) at the check out. 


  1. If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..The shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping at $60 USD per a Jug  (every 500g) 

  2. Please note that we don't refund the cost of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. However, we have declared your items as low value for you.

Please use our Quality Check sheet at once, and before first use. ( *Tolerance accept to Pass QC is between 1- 2mm)


Please consider sale purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered sale items. There are no refunds on sale items unless they are damage and are returned within 7 days of purchase. 


Items purchased at full price that meet the JIBBIJUG terms and conditions can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange. Please follow steps outlined below.


Pleased choose items carefully when ordering, as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly orders. We check all the jugs before posting them to you. 

  • We do not refund if you don't like the jug, or spout of the jug after being used, or finding it unsuitable afterwards

  • Ensure you use this Paper Metric Scale to check the alignment quality, Never check only with the naked eye or your own methods. 

  • We do not refund any Alignment issues after any usage, Please check carefully before your FIRST use,

  • If something is not right, please report your issue to within 3 working days after receiving your items.

  • You're entitled to a refund, replacement if:

    • The item is faulty or damaged/ You were sent the wrong item or size

  • You are NOT entitled to a refund / exchange because:

    • You just changed your mind

    • You found the product cheaper at another store

    • You don't like it

    • You bought the wrong size

    • The product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description.


We will happily offer the refund of a purchased item(s) if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • It is physically faulty or damaged in some way. (Such as leaking or dents)

  • The incorrect item was shipped or does not match the description and/or images of the item.

  • The item was out of stock or unavailable at the time the order was placed.

  • Damage to the item has occurred during shipping.

This is not Faulty or defective products, there is no refund regards this below issues.

  1. Factory Material marks (scratches/small dents) are merely cosmetic from polishing process inside or outside the jug and in no way toxic or effect the pours.

  2. Heat Marks appears from the laser process to joint the handle and body together with high heat. 

  3. Color marks (Light haze or fine scratch or soft spots) may appear during the color coating process.

  4. Alignment: Spout / Handle/ Any parts of the jug will have tolerance about 2mm* as all stainless steel have their own material tenacity. (*Qc from Paper Matrix Scale, not accepted any Eye naked or Ruler)

  5. Teflon coating is peel off or scratches as a result of after used and interaction with other utensils or heated it. 






Should you receive a jug and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem.



  • If You return good to us, Return shipping will be your own cost, as all jugs has been carefully inspected for quality before shipping. (1-2mm Tolerance acceptance for Spout and Handle alignment or Color coating issues )

  • If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as:

    • Unclaimed

    • Denied Due to Customs Charges

    • Incomplete/Insufficient Address

    • Undeliverable as Addressed

    • Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..

  • The shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless it is Faulty or Damage to the item has occurred during shipping.

Exchange and Returns Items

To return or exchange your piece, please email or phone to advise us. We will email you back with all the relevant information.

  • We will let you Exchange, or Refund with Credit note if the items the product damage during transit or we accepted your exchange requested. 

    • Items show no signs of use, wear or damage and are returned in the original packaging, or it will result in your warranty being void.

    • We do not provide the shipping cost for any refunds or exchanges.

    • The prices is included the shipping cost, therefore the amount of refund will be deduct from your total amount.

  • We will happily exchange or provide a credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in the original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). Items must be returned to us within 14 days of invoice and must include the original sales receipt.

  • Customers will be required to pay for return postage. Please ensure that you keep your postal receipt until we have confirmed that we have received the returned parcel.


What to do:

What we'll do:

  1. Once we receive the returned item, you can choose to (1) receive a refund of the purchase price (less cost of shipping), or (2) exchange for a different item by paying for any price differences and the cost to redeliver.


If an item is found to be opened, used or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to you at your expense.



All refund that requested by you and not meet our conditions and policies above, We will be deducting 3.5% the service fees prior to any refunds, As We'll no longer get return Stripe/ Paypal's fees from the original transaction when we refund a customer anymore.  So the services fee of 3.5% can not be refunded. 

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed – your patience is greatly appreciated. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s) for which the refund has been approved.


Once your refund has been processed please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
