Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic (Australia)

Standard: 3–7+ business days after dispatch — $15 (includes $10 flat rate + $5 transit cover).

Express: 1–4+ business days after dispatch — $25 (includes $20 flat rate + $5 transit cover).
We ship with AusPost for secure, reliable delivery.
Optional StarTrack Transit Warranty: +$5 (covers up to $300). This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

A signature is required. If you’re not home, a card will be left to reschedule or redirect.

International Orders

We ship worldwide with DHL Express.

Shipping is charged at AUD $90–$130 per jug (approx. 500g) depending on DHL zone (Zones 1–10).

Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch (allow 2+ extra days for possible delays).

Signature required on delivery (except Canada).

Customs duties, local taxes, and import restrictions are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not ship to freight forwarders. Refunds for unaccepted addresses (e.g. freight forwarders) incur a 3.5% Stripe fee.

Processing Times

Orders placed after midday (AEST) dispatch the next business day.

Weekend or Friday (after 10am) orders dispatch on Monday.

During sales or Christmas, allow an extra 3–10 business days.

RETURN& REFUND POLICY
Please review your order carefully, as we have a strict "no change-of-mind" policy. Refunds will incur a 3.5% Stripe fee, which is non-recoverable once processed.
Refer to item names, not photos, as some images may be inaccurate.
Ensure invoice details are correct, as changes can't be made after payment.
Quality Control (Before Dispatch)

International Orders: A QC video will be sent to confirm jug alignment and overall color quality before shipping. Please inspect carefully and confirm approval — once confirmed, the order is final.

Australian Orders: QC videos are not required by default, but can be requested at the time of order.
In every QC video, we demonstrate:

Jug alignment checked against our paper metric scale.
-
Color inspection and any natural surface blemishes on stainless steel.
Important Notes:

All JIBBIJUG pitchers may show minor scratches, heat marks, or light haze due to the nature of stainless steel and coating processes. These do not affect performance, pouring precision, or durability.

Alignment tolerances of 1–2mm for spout/handle are standard for stainless steel.
-
Teflon coatings may scratch or peel with use — this is normal wear and tear.

Once shipped, we operate under a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy, except for proven transit damage.

Import duties, local taxes, or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Color Options

Orders are fulfilled based on the product name (option), not photos.

Photos may not always be available or accurate.

Please check and confirm the option name at checkout — your jug will be shipped according to the selected name.
Refund & Return Policy

Check Your Product (After Delivery)

Inspect your jug immediately upon receipt and before use.

Issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery (per AUSPOST tracking).

Claims must include an unboxing video or photos of the unused item. Claims without proof cannot be accepted.

Conditions:

After 3 days, or if the jug shows any signs of use, return/exchange rights are void.

We cannot guarantee faults (e.g., spout or handle misalignment, coating issues) existed prior to use once the jug has been used.

Used items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Full Price Items
Eligible for refund, credit, or exchange only if they meet the above conditions.
Sale Items

All sale items are final.

No refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind or mistaken orders.

Only faulty items (reported within 7 days) may be returned.
Free Gifts

Free gifts are subject to stock availability.

Returns Process

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the jug was faulty or damaged in transit.

Warranty & Repairs

Jugs are made from stainless steel and designed for long-term use.

Normal wear (scratches, coating marks, small alignment tolerances) is not covered.

Complaints about alignment, spout shape, or color after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Handle detachment within 2 years of purchase is covered — we will repair it
