Colour coating

• At JIBBIJUG, we take pride in providing the highest quality products.
  Please note that we do not offer a colour coating warranty, as coating wear is a natural result of use and time.

• Normal wear: All coatings, including non-stick finishes, may gradually peel, fade, or flake while still keeping their non-stick properties. It can be difficult to determine if coating issues are due to normal use, misuse, or improper care.

• Before use: If your jug arrives with major dents or deep scratches, we can replace or exchange it. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Material quality: All jugs are made from premium Stainless Steel 304, ensuring long-lasting durability beneath the coating. Minor surface marks or small scratches are not covered, as they may occur during handling or transit.

Handle Warranty

At JIBBIJUG, we are committed to providing the highest quality.
All new models now use Laser Welder Technology to join the handle and body, ensuring a cleaner and stronger bond.
Older models made with previous welding methods may experience handle faults — this is why all our latest jugs feature upgraded technology.

The handle is the only component covered under our two-year warranty.
If your jug shows a handle defect due to material or workmanship under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Customers are responsible for return postage to us, while return shipping after repair is free within Australia.

Warranty Conditions:

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Warranty covers handle faults only — not misuse, neglect, or general wear.

• Refunds apply only if the jug is found faulty upon unboxing.

• After two years, repairs can still be made for $30 plus postage, even without a receipt.

• If repair is not possible, we may send a display or used item that closely matches the condition of your jug.
  (Replacement with a brand-new unit applies only if the returned jug is new and the handle is defective.)

• Misuse, neglect, or improper use

• Damage from accidents or abuse

• Distortion or dents caused by normal use

 

About Dents on Stainless Steel Jugs

Some JIBBIJUG models use 0.7 mm stainless steel for enhanced drawing control.
Because this material is thinner for better precision, it can dent or slightly deform if dropped or struck by a heavy object.
Don’t worry — dents can often be removed using compressed air, dry ice, or suction tools.
If these DIY methods don’t work, you may consider a professional repair.
Even so, small dents do not affect pouring performance and won’t impact your latte art or workflow.

What to do:

1. Send a request for a return address and include your full name, order number, and the product you wish to return.

2. Use an insured and tracked postage service to send the item back to us, packaged securely.
