Processing & Terroir
The Aguacate lot is grown fully inside the protected cloud forest of Barú Volcano National Park, surrounded by wild biodiversity and volcanic soils.
At these extreme elevations, cold temperatures and slow cherry maturation enhance clarity, sweetness, and aromatic precision.
Cherries are hand-picked, pulped, and washed in the cool morning air, then slowly dried for 17 days in a climate-controlled dark room.
This meticulous process preserves purity and balance, producing a cup that is clean, composed, and effortlessly elegant.
 
In the Cup
Delicate jasmine and honeysuckle florals lead, followed by ripe peach sweetness.
The texture is silky and refined, finishing long and smooth with a clean, elegant aftertaste — a true expression of high-altitude washed Geisha.
