From the highlands of Guji, this naturally processed lot from Gizaw Alemayehu delivers a cup that’s bright, floral, and elegant. Expect a silky, fruit-forward profile with notes of blueberry, lychee, and soft florals, balanced by a clean, tea-like finish.
 
The Story Behind the Coffee
Produced at the Gizaw & Frehiwot Washing Station — the same mill as our beloved Honey Processed Halaka — this coffee showcases Gizaw’s mastery of natural processing. Cherries grown at 1,800–2,200m are hand-picked, floated, and dried on raised African beds for 20–30 days under careful shade and moisture control.
The result is a sweet, layered cup — a stunning example of Guji’s distinct clarity and fruit expression.
