Processing & Drying
Ripe Geisha cherries are carefully hand-selected and naturally processed.
The coffee is dried slowly on African raised beds for 26 days, then rested in storage for 75 days to stabilise moisture and flavour development.
Before export, the coffee is classified by size and density, with meticulous hand-sorting to remove both primary and secondary defects.
This slow, classic natural process enhances sweetness, floral clarity, and textural elegance while maintaining a clean cup profile.
About Auromar Farm
Located in Santa Clara, near the border of Costa Rica, Auromar Farm benefits from Pacific Ocean influence, volcanic soils, and a rich biodiversity-driven microclimate.
The farm is named after owner Roberto Brenes’ family, combining generations of care and intention into every lot.
Auromar is part of a group of adjacent farms, each dedicated to a specific varietal — with Auromar focused on Geisha.
Wild shade trees, careful pruning, and precise fertilisation result in unusually high productivity for Geisha, while preserving elegance and varietal purity.
In the Cup
Soft jasmine and white floral aromatics open the cup.
Juicy peach and white grape sweetness follow, supported by a clean structure and refined acidity.
The finish is elegant, light, and refreshing — classic, graceful Panamanian Geisha.
