The Iron Man 600ml is a fusion of two of our milk jug designs, combining the Musketeer's body with a rounded tip. All in all, the Iron Man 600ml milk jug is a versatile and efficient tool for baristas and coffee enthusiasts alike.
 
Features: 
  • Its round spout with a lip allows for easy outline dragging
  • The short handle allows for better control and space for your palm to grip.
  • The thinner embossed logo adds authenticity to the design.
 
Pros:
  • This milk jug's 190g weight is light and perfect for modern drawing art.
  • The spout's lip works like a magic wand for weaving milk foam, with no bleeding as long as the milk is wet to semi-foam.
  • The short handle is designed to drop the milk pour straight down without any sliding angle, avoiding blurring at the start.
  • The 0.7mm thickness allows for easy spout modification.
  • The jug also comes with volume measure lines, reducing wasted milk (though they may be difficult to see for black or rainbow plating).
  • At the bottom, you'll find the new and authentic JIBBIJUG logo.
 
Cons: 
  • There may be dents or factory marks on the jug, mainly at the bottom. These imperfections are due to the material being 0.7mm thick, which makes it easier to get factory marks or dents than thicker materials. They are not defects or damages from transit.
  • Wire markings on the inside of the milk jug are a normal occurrence during the electroplating process. The wire is used to hold the jug in place during electroplating, so the mark will appear after the process is complete. This marking does not signify any defect or poor production.
  • Rainbow-plated jugs come in a spectrum of colors, so expect to see a variety of colors on each jug. Occasionally, small soft spots may appear but they are not considered defects. 
  • After the first use, fingerprints will easily show on the Matt Coating. This is not a color defect, and spraying the surface with Glass spray and wiping with a microfiber cloth will remove the marks.
 
JIBBI's Note
  • The Matt finish is the best option for drawing patterns as it is designed with slip-reducing properties that allow for a tight grip. The shiny finish, on the other hand, will need a few washes to reduce its slippery qualities.
  • Adding more pressure while pouring into a 12 oz cup will make the jug heavier, especially with basic pour designs

  • Prior to shipment, all jugs are inspected. Please be aware that there may be small, but acceptable, variations in spouts left vs right, handle and body due to natural tenacity.
  • Handle alignment may vary by 1-2mm that meets an acceptable level of tolerance, but this does not affect the pouring or pouring technique
  • Welding marks may be visible on the handle's inside from Laser welding, but it is not a defect and will not rust.
  • During the polishing or coating process, the metal may come into contact with another object, causing minor scratches to the exterior and interior surfaces of the jug. While we strive to ensure that each jug is carefully inspected, there is no guarantee that every stainless steel product will have a scratch-free surface, as indicated in our reference photos.
  • By agreeing to purchase a colour-coated jug, you acknowledge that the aforementioned conditions are not defects but rather part of the production process, including minor scratches and factory marks on both the exterior and interior surfaces. Keep in mind that anything plated will naturally tarnish over time and with wear.

    • As the milk jugs are made of stainless steel, there may be slight variations in tolerance during production. However, at JIBBIJUG, we ensure that these variances remain within acceptable levels.
    • To maintain consistency, we use the Paper Metric Scale method to check and indicate tolerance in metric units, as different customers may have varying methods for measuring alignment. This method helps us ensure that the jug is within the desired tolerance range instead of relying on visual inspection alone, which can lead to incorrect assumptions.
    • When manufacturing is completed, we place the jug upside down to position the spout's tip at the midpoint of the scale, then align the rim of the jug left and right until it meets the same number on the scale. We also check the handle placement and ensure it aligns with the same scale measurement. However, there may still be acceptable variations of 1-2mm due to natural material tenacity during the production process.
    • Before packaging and shipping, we conduct individual checks and quality control to ensure that all JIBBIJUG products meet our strictest standards. This includes checking the finish, color, and alignment of the final product.
