Cons:
- Possible dents or factory marks, especially at the bottom, due to the 0.7mm material; these are not defects or transit damages.
- Wire markings inside from the electroplating process are normal and do not indicate coating defects.
- Rainbow-Black color jugs with electroplating display a spectrum of colors, creating different hues on the spout, body, or handle. Small soft spots may appear but are not defects.
- Fingerprints easily show on the matte coating after first use but can be cleaned with glass spray and a microfiber cloth.
JIBBI’s Notes:
- Matte finish is best for drawing patterns, offering slip-reducing properties for a tight grip. The shiny finish may initially be slippery and require a few washes to reduce this.
- Adding more pressure while pouring into a 12 oz cup will make the jug feel heavier, especially with basic designs.
Quality Assurance Notice – No Refunds or Exchanges
- Every jug is carefully inspected before shipment. For international orders, a QC video will be provided to confirm alignment and overall color quality prior to dispatch. Please review and approve carefully — once approved, the order is final.
- Minor variations in spout, handle, or body (within 1–2 mm) are normal and do not affect pouring performance.
- Laser-welding marks inside the handle are part of the production process, not defects, and will not cause rust.
- Light scratches may appear due to the thin, lightweight stainless steel design and multiple production processes. Despite strict QC, items may not be entirely scratch-free.
- By purchasing a color-coated jug, you acknowledge that minor marks (inside or outside) may be present. Coatings and plating will naturally fade or tarnish with use. If you require a flawless finish, please request a QC video before purchasing.

- Inspect your jug before first use. Report any issues within 3 days of delivery with your order number and unboxing proof.
- No refunds for change of mind, shipping costs, incorrect selection, used items, or orders already approved for dispatch.
- Any sign of use will void return eligibility.

- Once you receive the jug, please do not use it, as doing so will void the return policy. Check the jug upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 3 days.
Tolerance and Quality Control: We inspect all jugs for tolerance within 1-2mm and perform quality control before shipping. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us right away, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns for a change of mind. For exchanges or returns, please email or call us for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 fee for standard postage back to you.
Eligibility: We’ll exchange or issue a credit note for items that are returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of the invoice date, including the original receipt.
Non-Refundable Issues:
- Factory marks, such as scratches or dents from polishing, are cosmetic and are noted on this website due to material properties for latte art purposes. These marks do not affect pouring performance.
- Heat marks from handle welding during the laser process are normal.
- Color marks or light scratches from coating are expected.
- Alignment may vary by 1-2mm due to material properties.
- Teflon coating may peel or scratch with use.
- Quality control is conducted using the Paper Metric Scale, not visual inspection. Any complaints will be addressed using this method.
