• As the milk jugs are made of stainless steel, there may be slight variations in tolerance during production. However, at JIBBIJUG, we ensure that these variances remain within acceptable levels.
• To maintain consistency, we use the Paper Metric Scale method to check and indicate tolerance in metric units, as different customers may have varying methods for measuring alignment. This method helps us ensure that the jug is within the desired tolerance range instead of relying on visual inspection alone, which can lead to incorrect assumptions.
• When manufacturing is completed, we place the jug upside down to position the spout's tip at the midpoint of the scale, then align the rim of the jug left and right until it meets the same number on the scale. We also check the handle placement and ensure it aligns with the same scale measurement. However, there may still be acceptable variations of 1-2mm due to natural material tenacity during the production process.
• Before packaging and shipping, we conduct individual checks and quality control to ensure that all JIBBIJUG products meet our strictest standards. This includes checking the finish, color, and alignment of the final product.

• Please be aware that slight differences in color tones may be present in some areas and that there may be tiny soft spots or scratches on the metal in rare cases. The appearance of the coatings depends on the color schemes, methods, finish, and materials used, as well as surface chemical treatments.
• The Color Electroplating is intended to appear only on the exterior surface of the jug, but may sometimes unintentionally appear on the interior. Color imperfections inside the jug are common to all jugs with color application and are not defects.
• The wire markings on the inside of the milk jug are a normal occurrence during the electroplating process. The wire is used to hold the jug in place during electroplating, so the mark will appear after the process is complete. This marking does not signify any defect or poor production.
• Different combinations of blue shades (such as Aqua, Purple, Dark Blue or Light Blue) may be present in one jug and this is normal and not a defect.
• Fingerprints are easily visible on the blue surface after the first use, but this is not a color defect and can be removed with a microfiber cloth.
• All jugs are made from a mold and produced by a machine that bends the sheet metal. As a result, the metal may come into slight contact with another object and get scratched. Although we take great care in examining each jug, we cannot guarantee that every stainless steel product will have a flawless surface. However, scratches will not affect the jug's functionality or ability to froth milk.
• Electroplating color will last longer, but some series are coated with other methods like Teflon or Painting, so we recommend delicate hand washing to preserve the color as long as possible. Do not soak in chemicals, as this can result in color abrasion.
• RoseGold/Blue Plating may cause the copper or blue at the surface to oxidize normally, resulting in marks, stains, or tarnish on the surface. This is not a defect and is expected over time and wear.

For washing and care

• The jug is not dishwasher safe and should be hand washed with delicate care.
• It is not chemical resistant and cannot retain color.
• Soak the jug with citric acid/vinegar/baking soda to remove stains and fingerprints or use a glass cleaner spray followed by wiping with a microfiber cloth.
• If using Caffeto "Coffee Machine Cleaning Powder," do not soak for more than 10 minutes and supervise to avoid uneven soaking or misuse that can cause color damage.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds on purchases made unless the product is faulty.

• We check all jugs with a tolerance of 1-2mm and pass them through QC before posting them to you. If you receive a jug and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
• Our policy does not allow for changes of mind. However, if you wish to exchange or return an unused product, it will be at your own expense. Please email or call us to notify us of your intention, and we will send you all relevant information via email. Please note that customers are required to send the jug back to us and need to pay a return postage cost of USD 60 a jug back to you.
• We will happily exchange or provide a credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in their original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date and must include the original sales receipt.

Not faulty or defective. No refunds for the following matters.

• The factory material marks, such as scratches or small dents, are merely cosmetic from the polishing process and will not affect the jug's use or be toxic.
• Heat marks may appear during the laser process used to join the handle and body together with high heat.
• Color marks, such as light haze or fine scratches or soft spots, may occur during the color coating process.
• There may be a tolerance of about 1-2mm in the alignment of the spout, handle, and other parts of the jug, as all stainless steel has its material tenacity.
• Quality control is measured using the paper matrix scale, and measurements should not be taken with the naked eye or a ruler. The Teflon coating may peel off or scratch as a result of use, or interactions with other utensils or heat.

All of our jugs have been produced with the utmost care and attention to quality control.

• Please note that all of our laser handles have a 1-2mm tolerance and are not identical from jug to jug. The handle is made using a laser beam to weld metals in place.
• The assembly technique fixes one side first and then lasers the other side after, providing some tolerance between the two sides of the handle. However, rest assured that this does not affect the pouring or pouring technique.
