Possible Marks:
Small dents or factory marks may appear inside or outside the jug, especially around the bottom, due to the 0.7mm lightweight thickness. These are not defects, damages, or caused during transit.
Wire Marks:
Wire markings inside the jug are a normal part of the electroplating process, where wires are used to secure the jug. These are not defects or signs of poor production.
Color Variations (Rainbow-Black):
Rainbow-Black jugs feature a spectrum of colors from the electroplating process, creating varied hues on the spout, body, and handle. Small soft spots may occur but are not considered defects.
Purple Gold Matte:
The Purple Gold Matte finish is achieved by blending various tones. The matte surface may slightly change color after the first wash, which is normal.
Fingerprint Sensitivity:
Fingerprints may appear on the matte coating after initial use. This is not a defect. Simply use a glass spray and wipe with a microfiber cloth to clean.
 
Quality Assurance Notice – No Refunds or Exchanges
Every jug is carefully inspected before shipment. For international orders, a QC video will be provided to confirm alignment and overall color quality prior to dispatch. Please review and approve carefully — once approved, the order is final.
Minor variations in spout, handle, or body (within 1–2 mm) are normal and do not affect pouring performance.
Laser-welding marks inside the handle are part of the production process, not defects, and will not cause rust.
Light scratches may appear due to the thin, lightweight stainless steel design and multiple production processes. Despite strict QC, items may not be entirely scratch-free.
By purchasing a color-coated jug, you acknowledge that minor marks (inside or outside) may be present. Coatings and plating will naturally fade or tarnish with use. If you require a flawless finish, please request a QC video before purchasing.
