Jibbi’s Notes
The Ronin V2 is designed for precision. Its pointed spout responds directly to small hand movements, so correct alignment and controlled pouring are important.
For tulips and detailed patterns, keep the cup level, centre the spout and maintain a steady, parallel pouring movement. If you prefer an easier, more forgiving pour, our rounded-spout models may be more suitable.
Quality & Manufacturing
Because the Ronin V2 uses thin 0.7mm stainless steel, minor scratches, small dents, polishing marks or welding marks may occur during production. These are cosmetic and do not affect pouring performance.
A 1–2mm variation in spout, handle or body alignment is considered normal. Every jug is QC checked using our Paper Metric Scale method before shipping.
For international orders, a QC video can be provided before dispatch to confirm alignment and overall finish.
Color & Care
Color-coated and electroplated jugs may naturally show slight color variations, fingerprints, small surface marks or changes in tone over time. These are normal characteristics of the finishing process.
Hand wash only
Do not use a dishwasher
Avoid prolonged soaking or strong chemicals
Clean fingerprints with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth
If using Cafetto cleaning powder, do not soak for more than 10 minutes
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your jug before use and report any issue within 3 days of delivery with your order number and unboxing evidence.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection or used products. Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Minor scratches, production marks, welding marks, color variations and alignment differences within 1–2mm are not considered manufacturing defects.
