Every jug is carefully inspected before shipment. For international orders, a QC video can be provided upon request to confirm spout alignment and overall finish prior to dispatch.
Minor variations (1–2 mm) in spout, handle, or body are normal and do not affect pouring performance.
Light surface marks, polishing lines, or subtle variations may occur due to the lightweight stainless steel construction and production process — these are not considered defects.
Color-coated finishes may display tonal variations across the body, spout, or handle. Over time, coatings may naturally fade or develop character through use.
