WARRANTY & REPAIR

​Colour Coating

At JIBBIJUG, we are committed to producing premium-quality products built for everyday use.

Our coloured finishes are designed to be durable; however, like all coated metal products, they will naturally wear over time. Fading, scratching, peeling, or coating wear caused through normal use is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

Because coating wear can result from many factors—including frequency of use, cleaning methods, impact, or improper care—it is not possible to accurately determine the cause after use.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your jug arrives with significant dents, deep scratches, or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

  • All JIBBIJUG pitchers are manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel, providing long-lasting durability beneath the coating.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections, including light scratches, polishing marks, heat marks, colour variation, or small surface blemishes, are considered normal characteristics of stainless steel manufacturing and are not covered under warranty.

2-Year Handle Warranty

At JIBBIJUG, we continually improve our products through better engineering and manufacturing.

Our latest models are manufactured using advanced Laser Welding Technology, creating a cleaner, stronger, and more consistent bond between the handle and the jug body.

  • The handle is the only component covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household or commercial use.

  • If a handle develops a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the product to us. Return shipping after repair or replacement is provided free of charge within Australia.

 

Warranty Conditions

To make a warranty claim:

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects affecting the handle.

  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, modification, or normal wear and tear.

  • Refunds are only available where a manufacturing defect is identified upon receiving the product.

  • After the 2-year warranty period, handle repairs remain available for AUD $30 plus return postage, subject to assessment, even if proof of purchase is unavailable.

  • If a repair cannot reasonably be completed, JIBBIJUG may provide a refurbished or display replacement of equivalent quality and performance. A brand-new replacement will only be supplied where a manufacturing defect is confirmed on a newly purchased product.

  • If you experience a handle issue, please contact jibbijug@gmail.com before returning your jug. Our team will assess the issue and provide the best available solution.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Colour coating wear, fading, peeling, or scratching

  • Cosmetic marks or minor surface imperfections

  • Damage caused by dropping or impact

  • Dents or distortion from accidental impact

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Damage caused by modifications or unauthorised repairs

  • Corrosion or damage caused by harsh chemicals

 

About Dents on Precision Stainless Steel Jugs

  • Some JIBBIJUG models are manufactured using 0.7 mm premium stainless steel to maximise pouring precision and latte art performance.

  • Because these pitchers are intentionally thinner than standard milk jugs, they may dent more easily if dropped or struck by a hard object.

  • Small dents are cosmetic only and do not affect pouring performance, milk flow, or latte art precision.

  • In many cases, dents can be improved using compressed air, dry ice, suction tools, or professional dent repair services. If these methods are unsuccessful, the jug can continue to be used normally without affecting performance.

 

Resistance Spot Weld Appearance

Some models may display minor cosmetic markings around resistance spot-welded joints.

These marks are a normal result of the manufacturing process and do not affect the strength, durability, or performance of the product.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR REPAIR

Step 1

Email us at jibbijug@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

 

Step 2

Package the product securely and send it using a tracked and insured postage service.

Once your parcel has been shipped, please email us your tracking number so we can monitor its delivery.
