At JIBBI, we take great care in preparing and packing every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Whether you're ordering within Australia or from overseas, we work with trusted shipping partners to provide secure delivery, transparent shipping rates, and full tracking every step of the way.

Please review the information below for delivery times, shipping options, processing schedules, and important information regarding customs and international shipments. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We proudly ship throughout Australia using Australia Post, providing reliable delivery with tracking for every order.

Standard Shipping

• 3–7+ business days after dispatch

• AUD $15
  (Includes $10 flat-rate shipping + $5 Transit Cover.)

Express Shipping

• 1–4+ business days after dispatch

• AUD $25
  (Includes $20 Express shipping + $5 Transit Cover.)

Transit Cover

An optional Transit Cover is included in our shipping rates, providing protection of up to AUD $300 during transit.

Please note that this additional protection does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery & Tracking

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

• A complete street address

• A valid mobile phone number

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email.

Please note:

• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are outside our control.

• A signature is required upon delivery.

• If nobody is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post may leave a collection card or provide options to reschedule or redirect your delivery.

• Parcels returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information will incur a re-delivery fee:

  • Standard: AUD $10

  • Express: AUD $20

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using DHL Express, providing fast and reliable international delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on destination and parcel weight.

For most destinations, shipping is approximately:

AUD $90–130 per jug (approximately 500 g)

Rates vary depending on DHL Zones (1–10).

Estimated Delivery

2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please allow an additional 2+ business days for customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.

Signature on Delivery

A signature is required upon delivery for most countries.

Canada may not require a signature depending on the local courier.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for:

• Import duties

• Customs taxes

• VAT/GST

• Local import regulations

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees.

Freight Forwarders

For security reasons, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

Orders sent to freight forwarders that cannot be delivered or are refused will be refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% Stripe payment processing fee.

DHL Delivery Notice

Please ensure your email address and phone number are correct when placing your order.

If DHL is unable to contact you, or customs duties are not paid within the required timeframe, your shipment may be:

• Held by customs

• Returned to us

• Destroyed by customs or DHL

Unfortunately, these situations are beyond our control and any associated costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Benefits

We believe larger orders should offer better overall value.

Rather than discounting the products themselves, we reduce the shipping cost per kilogram as your order size increases.

As more items are packed together, the additional shipping cost for every extra 500 g becomes progressively lower, making bulk purchases significantly more cost-effective.

Processing Times

Orders are carefully prepared by hand before dispatch.

• Orders placed before 12:00 pm (AEST) are usually dispatched the same business day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the next business day.

• Orders placed after 10:00 am on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on Monday or the next available business day.

During promotional periods, product launches, or the Christmas season, please allow an additional 3–10 business days for processing.

Once DHL has collected your parcel, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

You're welcome to collect your order from our Sydney studio.
