At JIBBI, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because each JIBBIJUG is crafted from stainless steel and individually finished, slight variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and make every jug unique.

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from JIBBI, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Before You Place Your Order

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

• We operate under a strict No Change of Mind policy.

• Refunds are subject to a 3.5% Stripe or PayPal processing fee, which cannot be recovered once payment has been processed.

• Please refer to the product name and selected option, rather than product photos, as colours and finishes may vary between production batches.

• Please ensure your billing and shipping information is correct. Once payment has been completed, order details cannot be changed.

 

Quality Control Before Dispatch

Every JIBBIJUG is individually inspected before shipping.

 

International Orders

Before dispatch, we will provide a Quality Control (QC) Video for your approval.

The video includes:

• Jug alignment checked using our measurement guide

• Colour and finish inspection

• Natural stainless steel surface characteristics

• Overall product condition

Please inspect the video carefully before confirming your shipment.

Once approved, your order is considered final.

 

Australian Orders

QC videos are not automatically provided but are available upon request when placing your order.

Product Characteristics

JIBBIJUG pitchers are handcrafted from premium stainless steel.

As a result, the following characteristics are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects:

• Minor scratches

• Heat marks

• Light polishing haze

• Small coating variations

• Stainless steel texture differences

These cosmetic characteristics do not affect:

• Pouring performance

• Latte art precision

• Durability

• Product lifespan

 

Manufacturing Tolerances

Because stainless steel is formed by hand and machine, small production tolerances are unavoidable.

Our standard tolerance includes:

• 1–2 mm handle or spout alignment variation

This is considered acceptable within our quality standards.

Teflon Coating

For coated models:

Normal use may eventually result in:

• Small scratches

• Surface wear

• Coating marks

• Minor peeling over time

These are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

Colour Selection

Orders are fulfilled according to the selected product option, not the product photographs.

Please note:

• Product photos are intended as a guide only.

• Colours may vary between production batches.

• Please confirm your selected option before checkout.

Your order will be shipped according to the product name shown on your invoice.

 

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

• Your item arrives faulty before use.

• You received the incorrect product or size.

• Your order was damaged during transit.

• The item became unavailable before shipment.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges are not available if:

• You changed your mind.

• You ordered the incorrect size or colour.

• You found the product elsewhere at a lower price.

• You simply dislike the jug or pouring spout after using it.

• The product characteristics had already been disclosed before purchase.

• The jug has been used.

• More than 3 business days have passed since delivery.

 

Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery and before using the product.

Any issue must be reported within 3 business days (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation).

To submit a claim, please provide:

• An unboxing video or

• Clear photographs of the unopened or unused product

Unfortunately, claims submitted without supporting evidence cannot be accepted.

 

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be:

• Unused

• Undamaged

• Returned in their original packaging

Once a jug has been used, we cannot determine whether any issue existed before use.

For this reason, used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Full Price Products

Full-priced items may be eligible for:

• Refund

• Replacement

• Store Credit

• Exchange

provided all policy conditions have been met.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final.

We do not offer:

• Refunds

• Exchanges

• Store Credit

unless the item is faulty and reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

Free Gifts

Complimentary gifts are offered while stocks last.

JIBBI reserves the right to:

• Substitute gifts

• Replace promotional items

• End promotions without prior notice

 

Returns Process

Unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds apply only to the product value and are subject to the 3.5% Stripe/PayPal processing fee.

Warranty & Repairs

JIBBIJUG pitchers are built from premium stainless steel for long-term use.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The following are not covered:

• Normal scratches

• Surface wear

• Heat marks

• Coating wear

• Minor alignment tolerances

• Cosmetic changes after use

Complaints regarding colour, alignment, or pouring characteristics made more than 3 business days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Handle Repair Warranty

If a handle becomes detached due to a manufacturing fault within 2 years of purchase, we will repair the jug.

 

International Orders

Customers outside Australia should purchase through:

For security reasons:

• We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

• Refunds for parcels refused because of freight forwarding addresses are subject to the 3.5% Stripe processing fee.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
