Pros

  • The Musketeer V3's lightweight design (200g) enables drawing with more elements in the cup, allowing for wiggle flow and drawing abilities (e.g., drawing shadow leaves and outlines).
  • It boasts a UNISEX, laser-welded handle at 8cm in length, designed for both males and females.
  • Its handle position ensures that milk flow drops straight down without a sliding angle that could lead to blurring at the start.
  • It comes with a Milk frothing measuring level to help users achieve the right froth and minimize wastage.
  • The Musketeer V3 is great for basic patterns in a small 6oz cup.

Con:

  • The V2 model will have interior scratches (see photos) from the laser logo application process on the handle, which are unavoidable after color coating. A stable mechanical holder is required during the laser process. Please review the photos before deciding. If you cannot accept these scratches, consider exploring alternative models.
  • Dents or factory marks may occur on the jug, primarily at the bottom, due to the 0.7mm thickness of the material, which is more susceptible to factory marks or dents than thicker materials. These imperfections are not defects or transit damages.

  • Wire markings inside the milk jug are typical during the electroplating process. The wire is used to secure the jug during electroplating, resulting in the mark appearing afterward. This marking does not indicate any defect or substandard production.
  • Rainbow-plated jugs feature a spectrum of colors, so anticipate seeing a variety of hues on each jug. Small soft spots may be visible from the process, but they are not defects

Jibbi's notes:

  • Pouring with more pressure into a 12 oz cup makes the jug heavier, especially with basic pour designs.

  • When pours are crooked, resist blaming misaligned spouts or handles as they're within acceptable limits. The sharply pointed spout, resembling an eagle's beak, intentionally creates clean lines and bold contrasts. This design requires steady hands and precise movements compared to larger spouts.

  • Practice improves pouring skills; avoid blaming the tool prematurely.

  • During a tulip, beginners often tilt or hold the pitcher unevenly, resulting in crooked pours. To prevent this, keep the cup level, align the spout's center, and maintain parallel arm positioning.

  • Slowly pour onto a dry canvas, keeping the pitcher close to the surface to avoid a lopsided pour.

Please carefully assess the quality condition of our milk jugs as refunds or exchanges are not available.

  • Prior to shipment, all jugs are inspected. Please be aware that there may be small, but acceptable, variations in the spouts, handles, and bodies between the left and right sides due to natural tenacity and tolerance in the production process.
  • Handle alignment may vary by 1-2mm, which falls within an acceptable tolerance level and does not impact pouring or pouring technique.
  • Laser welding will leave visible marks on the inside of the handle, but this is not a defect and will not lead to rusting.
  • While polishing or coating the metal, it may come into contact with another object, resulting in minor scratches on the exterior and interior surfaces of the jug. Although we make efforts to carefully inspect each jug, we cannot guarantee that every stainless steel product will be completely scratch-free.
  • By agreeing to purchase a color-coated jug, you acknowledge that the mentioned conditions are not defects but rather part of the production process, which may include minor scratches and factory marks on both the exterior and interior surfaces. Please note that any plated item will naturally tarnish over time and with use.
