TIP!

The lightweight jugs are perfect for basic drawing designs. To gain better control over the pour, especially with thick crema or when using a larger cup, apply more pressure and wiggle the jug to make it feel heavier.

Cons

Minor Scratches: Due to the thin material (0.7mm) and the final laser logo engraving, there might be minor scratches. (We are working on a better version (V3) with new coating techniques and no logo).
Material Characteristics: The pitcher may have minor dents or factory marks on the bottom due to the thin material used for latte art purpsoes.
Matte Finish Care: The matte coating may show fingerprints from oily hands, but this is not a defcets. Clean with glass spray and a microfiber cloth to remove any residue.

If your latte art looks crooked while pouring, it might not be due to misaligned spouts or handles. Our pointed spout design is precise and requires a steady hand and correct movements. Jugs with large round spouts are more forgiving of off-center pours. With practice, your technique will improve. Instead of blaming the jug, focus on refining your skills and control. You’ve got this!
During tulip pours, beginners often tilt or grip the pitcher unevenly, lifting too high for each layer of the tulip, resulting in irregular shapes. Keep the cup level, align the spout centrally, and maintain a parallel arm for consistent results. Slow, controlled pouring onto a dry canvas stabilizes the jug, preventing excessive lifting and ensuring even pours.
Mastering this jug through practice enhances your skills. For those preferring simpler pours or struggling with jug control, our rounded spout model may be more suitable.

Every jug is carefully inspected before shipment. For international orders, a QC video will be provided to confirm alignment and overall color quality prior to dispatch. Please review and approve carefully — once approved, the order is final.
Minor variations in spout, handle, or body (within 1–2 mm) are normal and do not affect pouring performance.
Laser-welding marks inside the handle are part of the production process, not defects, and will not cause rust.
Light scratches may appear due to the thin, lightweight stainless steel design and multiple production processes. Despite strict QC, items may not be entirely scratch-free.
By purchasing a color-coated jug, you acknowledge that minor marks (inside or outside) may be present. Coatings and plating will naturally fade or tarnish with use. If you require a flawless finish, please request a QC video before purchasing.

Slight variations in stainless steel milk jugs are normal due to the production process. We ensure these differences stay within an industry-standard tolerance of 1-2mm.

To maintain consistency, we use the Paper Metric Scale method. We place the jug upside down, align the spout's tip to the midpoint of the scale, and adjust the rim until it matches the same number on both sides. This precise method ensures accurate alignment beyond visual inspection.

During manufacturing, we carefully align each jug. While small variations of 1-2mm can occur due to material properties, we rigorously inspect every jug before packaging and shipping.

At JIBBIJUG, we perform thorough checks on finish, color, and alignment to ensure you receive a product that meets our standards, as detailed on our website.
Once you receive the jug, please do not use it, as doing so will void the return policy. Check the jug upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 3 days.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty.

Tolerance and Quality Control: We inspect all jugs for tolerance within 1-2mm and perform quality control before shipping. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us right away, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns for a change of mind. For exchanges or returns, please email or call us for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 fee for standard postage back to you.

Eligibility: We’ll exchange or issue a credit note for items that are returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of the invoice date, including the original receipt.

Non-Refundable Issues:

Factory marks, such as scratches or dents from polishing, are cosmetic and are noted on this website due to material properties for latte art purposes. These marks do not affect pouring performance.

Heat marks from handle welding during the laser process are normal.

Color marks or light scratches from coating are expected.

Alignment may vary by 1-2mm due to material properties.

Teflon coating may peel or scratch with use.

Quality control is conducted using the Paper Metric Scale, not visual inspection. Any complaints will be addressed using this method.
Color Variations: Slight differences in color tones may occur due to variations in color schemes, application methods, finishes, and surface treatments. While the electroplated color is intended for the jug’s exterior, it may occasionally appear inside. These color imperfections inside the jug are normal and not defects.

Color Change: The color of the jug may darken or lighten with use or after washing. Expect potential shade changes, such as darkening when wet and lightening when dry, due to various conditions.

Color Blending: The purple or blue shades are achieved by blending various colors, which may result in natural variations in hue across the jug.

Fingerprints: Fingerprints may be visible on the blue surface after the first use. This is not a defect and can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth.

Surface Marks: Tiny soft spots or scratches on the metal can occur. Wire markings inside the jug are a normal part of the electroplating process. The wire holds the jug in place during plating and does not indicate a defect.

Surface Scratches: Minor scratches from contact with other objects may occur due to the production process. While we inspect each jug carefully, a completely flawless surface cannot be guaranteed. These scratches do not affect the jug's functionality.

Color Preservation: Electroplated colors generally last longer, but some jugs use coatings like Teflon or paint. We recommend hand washing to preserve the color and avoiding soaking in chemicals to prevent color abrasion.

Rose Gold/Blue/Purple Plating: Over time, the surface may develop marks, stains, or tarnish due to natural oxidation. This is normal and expected.

Care Instructions:

Hand Wash Only: The jug is not dishwasher safe. Wash by hand with care.

Avoid Chemicals: It is not chemical resistant. To remove stains and fingerprints, use citric acid, vinegar, baking soda, or a glass cleaner spray, followed by wiping with a microfiber cloth.

Use with Caffeto: If using Caffeto "Coffee Machine Cleaning Powder," do not soak for more than 10 minutes and avoid uneven soaking to prevent color damage.
All Ronin handles are attached using manual spot welds, resulting in a slight tolerance of 1-2 millimeters. This means the handles may vary slightly from one jug to another. However, rest assured that this does not impact the pouring or pouring technique in any way.
