Blend Story 
Starlight is made of 2 amazing coffees while searching for the ultimate cup. These 2 coffees share a similar region in Colombia, however, everything else is so different that is a perfect match to complement each other from the farms, varietals and processing methods.
The first star is an Exotic Varietal Natural Sudan Rume from Cafe Ganja Laesperanzas at Las Margaritas farm. Therefore, the second star is from Finca San Jose produced by Consuelo Maria (COE 11th). I with Gesha Honey process.
Starlight is a unique collaboration between both stars which constitute 60% Sudan some of which offer vibrant acidity and unique flavours. And 40 % of San Jose Geisha honey for the structure of the body and sweetness.
The results were outstanding. It made me think a stand-alone coffee is not enough to appreciate all coffees. A new way of thinking and an age of innovation across all supply chains will help us to continue thriving in the pursuit of a better cup. I was able to bring new nuance to the cups.
